Biggar Tea Smash

 

37.5ml Biggar Gin

50ml strawberry and raspberry tea

25ml lemon juice

12.5ml sugar syrup 

1 bar spoon of raspberry (or blackcurrent) jam

 

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Pour into an old fashioned glass with ice and garnish with a raspberry.
