Biggar Sour


50ml Biggar gin
25ml lemon juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
Egg whites (optional)
Add all ingredients to a shaker and wet shake (with ice) until chilled. Remove ice and shake well. Double strain into an old fashioned glass.
